Work with cell and bacterial cultures. Application of microbiological analyses with a focus on water quality assessment, including the detection of indicator microorganisms and evaluation of sanitary safety. Determination of the antimicrobial activity of natural and synthetic compounds. Implementation of various analyses for the detection of toxicity, cytotoxicity, and genotoxicity in in vivo and in vitro models, with particular emphasis on the application of standardized methods such as the comet assay and micronucleus test. Practical experience in interpreting obtained results and comparing them with positive and negative controls.

Proficiency in using specialized programs and software tools: ImageJ for microscopic image analysis and quantitative data processing; SPSS for statistical data analysis; PhotoShop CS5 for graphical preparation and image editing; as well as R and R-Studio for advanced statistical analysis, visualization, and data processing.
