  • I am engaged in research in the field of biotechnology – forestry, particularly in the fields of forest ecology, phytoremediation and environmental protection.

  • My studies include the assessment of exposure, risks, and environmental impacts of pollutants with a focus on natural and anthropogenic sources of pollutants, the fate and effects of toxic heavy metals in natural and contaminated environments.

  • 2020 – present: Director, University of Belgrade – Institute for Multidisciplinary Research.

Other professional activities:
In addition to scientific work in Serbia, she was also very successful in pedagogical work in the Republic of Srpska. She makes a special contribution by engaging in scientific and organizational committees of domestic and international conferences.
Courses taught:
  • Within master’s and doctoral studies at the Faculty of Forestry, University of Belgrade, she is engaged in the following subjects: Bioremediation, Physiology of Woody Plants and Anatomical-Physiological Basics of Woody Plants.
