Research area

Research interest of Dragica Milosavljević is enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidant components of plants, analysis of primary and secondary metabolites in strawberries. The research within the doctoral dissertation aims to define the health benefits of metabolites in strawberry fruit, as well as qualitative and quantitative changes in the content of metabolites in strawberry fruit.

Skills

UV / VIS spectroscopy for determination of enzyme activity, and analysis of primary and secondary metabolites, electrophoretic techniques – isoelectric focusing, HPLC method, statistical methods (SPSS).

Dragica Milosavljević is a PhD student at the Faculty of Physical Chemistry, University of Belgrade, PhD thesis supervisor of prof. dr Miloš Mojović and dr Jelena Dragišić Maksimović.
