1999: Ph.D. in Technical Sciences, Faculty of Electronic Engineering, University of Niš. Dissertation title: “The Influence of Tribophysical Activation on the Properties of Sintered Zinc Oxide”.


1992: M.Sc. in Materials Sciences, University of Belgrade. Thesis title: “The Interdependence of the Structural and Electrical Properties of Materials Obtained with Reaction sintering of the Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O System”.


1989: B.Sc. in Theoretical Physics, Faculty of Physics, University of Belgrade.

2004-present:  Research Professor, Institute for Multidisciplinary Research, University of Belgrade.

Research Interests


• Materials science and solid state physics.

• Physicochemical processes and evolution of fine defect structure during mechanical activation of dispersed system.

• Kinetics and mechanism of sintering of oxide materials with main focus on activated sintering especially in nonisothermal regime.

• Processes and technologies for production of different electronic materials (superconducting, semiconducting and insulating) in the form of bulk and thick films.
