Research Interests


Plant biochemistry:

• Non enzymatic reactions and role of polyphenols in oxidative stress protection.

• Role of sugars in oxidative defense and/or prooxidation.

• Free radical mediated reactions.


Analytical procedures:

• HPLC expert focused on Electrochemical, Fluorescence and MS detection techniques.

• Sample pretreatment and extraction protocols.
