2008: Doctorate in Agricultural Science – entomology, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Novi Sad. Disertation title: “The Role of the Cicada Scaphoideus titanus Ball in Transmitting the Grapevine Golden Yellowing Phytoplasma (Flavescence dorée)”.

 

2003: M.Sc. in Agricultural Science – entomology, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Novi Sad. Master thesis title: “Population dynamic of egg parasitoid of cabbage noctuid moth (Mamestra brassicae L.) with potential use of Trichogramma evanescens Westwood in control of pests from the ordo Lepidoptera”.

 

1985: B.Sc., Faculty of Agriculture, University of Belgrade. Diploma thesis title: “Investigation of Virus mosaic of sugar beet”.

Research Interests

 

• Investigation of biology of insects and mites on agricultural cultures.

• Investigation of chemical and biological control of insects and mites.

• Investigation and control of quarantine pests in agriculture production.

• Use of molecular methods in detection of phytoplasmas in insects.

• Interaction between phytoplasmas, plant as their hosts and insects as their vectors.

• Investigation of resistence of insects and mites to chemical pesticides.
