• Thick film thermistors based on NiMn2O4, sensors and devices based on NTC thick film thermistors.

• Analysis of the influence of mechanical activation of starting powders on properties of sintered materials.

• Infrared and photoacoustic spectroscopy, XRD analysis of sintered materials.

• Solid state sintering.

• Analysis and modeling of sintering kinetics.

• Zn2SnO4 thin films.

• Thermoelectrics based on doped PbTe.

• Infrared spectroscopy of PbTe and PbSnTe single crystals doped with various additives, PbTe and PbSnTe sintered samples doped with different additives.
